They destroyed a mature eight year old 5' high Hydrangea bush by my front door. Surprise surprise, as I am writing this, yet another large empty box of roofing material has just been thrown and falls right by my bedroom window. The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. This is unbelievably surreal and negative experience. I guess They pick up these men on the side of the road on the way to your home. No one to answer for what they do, no one cared. But please understand that all said and done no matter how clean and neat the service is there is and will be some minor things left behind. Like a nail or two maybe some unseen gutter clips. Being a winter installation they double nailed everything so that there would never be an issue. It takes a lot to impress me,And Mike exceeded all expectations. The customer even thought there was a small issue and when I called Mike he said he be out the next day. Turns out that the area the customers looking at was the flashing that they had put up to guarantee that no water would leak into the house. Ahead of time, he explained in detail how they'd need to dig a deep trench and start the base of the wall several feet underground. The concrete would have a lattice of rebar in it and... it was more than I could understand but it sounded extremely thorough and strong. The crew did an excellent job on the wall and taking care of the surrounding property. There is a small brick wall near the big wall that was also in disrepair -- as part of their clean up, they actually ended up putting the brick wall back together better than it was before. They got to work within a couple of weeks of signing the paperwork (given how most contractors these days are slow, this was very impressive) and the work was done on schedule. I originally hired this contractor to remove moss from my roof and they did a good job. The moss…read morewas removed and they did not make a mess. While they were here, they stated that one of my roof penetrations need new flashing . I gave them the okay to put new flashing on all my penetrations including the chimney. Six months later a water leak developed from my chimney. I contacted them and they stated that my entire chimney need to be rebuilt. I question that if the chimney was in that condition, why did the put new flashing on a bad chimney. They should of told me about this before they put the new flashing on. I called another contractor and he fixed the chimney and corrected a caulking problem from the flashing installation. The total cost was half of what I was quoted from the original contractor. I asked the owner secretary to try and explain to me why he would put flashing on a bad chimney. I asked his secretary ,would he put a new roof over rotten plywood . I requested to have the owner contact me, but he never called. I would give them five stars for the moss removal, but one star for the flashing. When I called about the leak,they came out the next day and put a tarp over the chimney to prevent any further damage.

The roof shingles themselves are fine but all of the trim work was a mess. Also there were numerous black marks all over the front and back of the house and also on the window glass. So I waited another month for them to come out and fix it. David had come out and took pictures of the issues, but when the workers came they had no idea what they were fixing. They drove away after an hour and I had to call back to have them finish. Also instead of fixing a shingle issue on a corner of the house (which was promised by David) they just painted over it thinking I wouldn't notice. So at this point of 3 months of hassle dealing with them, I guess I'll fix it myself. Another thing, they have left a large metal sign in front of my house for two months. I took it out and told them if they didn't come and get it I'm throwing it out. So it's June 5th and the sign is still here. This company just tells you what you want to hear, also charges you at least a third more then other estimates I received. I made a mistake I guess trusting the owner David. I haven't heard from him of course.
