I paid for the CT & UT concealed carry permit. Waited a couple weeks, my completion certificate never arrived. I texted Ryan and he emailed it over. I waited a couple more weeks and nothing for my UT permit arrived in the mail (the application has to be stamped by the instructor). I emailed Ryan a few times. He said it was in the mail now. A couple weeks after that I still hadn't received it. He said to give it a couple more days because it's coming from FL. Got it a couple days later, postmarked return address CT. I would not recommend this place.

I took my license test from them. The class was great, but the instructor was rude to me. I had my pistols in a bag next to my chair, secured and unloaded and he demanded that I remove them and put them in my car. Said I was endangering the class, despite the fact that he was carrying a loaded pistol on his hip. I got my license, however, I really don't want to go there for any type of shooting or classes again unless they change their attitude!
