Turned out the lock was just sticking, but in the meantime Dan changed the insides of the locks on my hundred year old doors / handles so that we could go down to 2 keys for the whole house from about 14! He really went above and beyond. He tightened the handles and WD40'ed everything and showed me the unique features of the locks. I am so pleased. I have never used a locksmith service before - we'd always just got new handles but that was not a good option for this house and I am so glad I called this company.

So, I go back to look at the messages and I notice a picture of the same guy for 2 different companies. Like, what type of scam is this?
