They had my car done one day sooner then their estimated time frame. Car looks brand new! Helped me get a rental equivalent to my impala when at first the insurance wanted me in a Prius! Then got the rental two days earlier for me since me car was not drivable anymore! It could not have went any better! I came in and estimate took maybe 10 minutes and the gentlemen that did it helped me so much. Paper with all the insurance info blew away and he chased it down for me! Then my daughter (3) asked him to take her picture while he was looking over my cars damages. He took her picture and later printed it out for her! It was the sweetest thing ever. I found R and C auto repair because I believed that I had a radiator leak in my car. I had been…read moretaking my car to either Watson's or to automobile diagnostics but they charge way too much and I don't quite trust them as they did things that don't need to be fixed and charge and arm and a leg for every little thing done. So tried something new, since I believed my car had a radiator leak I took my car to marks radiator who referred me to R and C to first check it out. Rick spent over an hour and a half looking under my car while on the lift to find where the leak is coming from. He wiped it all out and tightened some hoses but could not really tell. Besides hose clamps being lose no other leaks at this time. He could have said yes it's the radiator kept it and charged me a lot of money said he replaced the radiator etc. Bit as honest as he was he didn't do that. He sent me home with it for me to check to see if there were any more leaks did if there was then it could be the radiator after all. Didn't even charge me to look at it all this time. Well unfortunately there was still leaking. Took it back to him and left it with him over night. He was able to take a better look at it take some things apart. The leak I had which I was led to believe from others that it was the radiator just happened to be the oil sending unit. So he replaced that and changed my oil for me. No more leaking and was so much cheaper than a radiator. Rick is one of the most honest ppl I have ever met in the car repair business I would suggest him to anyone and totally trust him. He is not out to take your money he is just here to make an honest living. I was very impressed and have found a great mechanic finally, which I have never found before. Our jack to our Tahoe was too big to remove the trailer tire and replace with our spare. We were stuck on the side of the freeway not knowing which exit we were near. It was late at night. We first called our insurance which (of course) did not extend coverage to the trailer tire - but they called people in our area for quotes. The best they could find was Carnaghi Towing which wanted to charge us $165. We didn't need a tow, didn't need a new tire, just the tool to change it! I then called Coffman's towing who said it would be $85. Ryan said he'd be to us in 20-25 mins. He showed up in nine (yes NINE) minutes!!! He then said he thought we were further away so reduced our price to $65. He changed our tire for us and noticed the spare was low on air so followed us to the nearest gas station and made sure we knew where the air pump was then left. Well, the air pump wasn't working and we were afraid to drive on it so he actually made a trip back after another call to fill up our tire with his air compressor! He saved us last weekend, was quick, and charged a FAIR price, plus went over and above to make sure we were safe. Thank you, Ryan!!
