Somehow I didn't notice how dirty mine had become and when I did my own walkaround I was horrified and scared about the notice I knew I would get. I had dirt, cobwebs, mold, mildew everywhere ... ugh.. you name it, I had it!! I had heard great things about Giraffe Cleans and called them that day which was this past Saturday. I was incredibly impressed with Aaron, the owner! He came the SAME day and gave me a really great price!! He set an appointment for today, Wednesday (4 days later!). He texted me daily reminders with the date and time of our appointment. I loved all of his attention to every detail and made me feel that my job was the most important thing on his mind. This morning, right on the button, Chase who works for Giraffe Cleans showed up and just like Aaron, he was equally as nice, professional and polite! And then he got to work! Well, it now looks like my house and windows are brand new!!! Chase worked hard and wasn't satisfied until every spot on the house was clean and shiny and the windows are absolutely spotless! I even saw him using a flashlight from all angles (in the daylight!) to try to find a streak when he completed the windows! This is a truly incredible company!! The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!
