Our roof was really dirty and we needed to get it cleaned. Luckily one of our neighbors had used them and recommended them. I requested a quote through Yelp which was reasonable. The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again! read more

Completely reckless and irresponsible, find someone else. I recommended them to my neighbors and we live on a zero lot line. I have a small pond and plants on the side of the house that connects our houses. The cleaning guy just stood on the roof and clean and sprayed it right into my pond, causing all the fish to die. they blamed it on my neighbors and took no responsibility. I recommended them to my neighbors which is a big regret I can't take back. they responded on google so below is my additional comments. I did not want any money from them for my dead fish which they caused. if the owner would have accepted some responsibility instead of blaming someone else I would not have responded to him the way I did ( I cursed him out) . Someone was home and the pond and plants were right below the roof you or your workers were cleaning. Common sense and common decency would caused you to stop and maybe think that bleach will get into the pond that is literally right below where you were cleaning. read more

Reliable is the last thing they should call themselves and here's why: we use this company about 6 months to a year ago to pressure wash our entire house and driveway and seal the driveway. The results were fantastic. Fast forward to this week and I could not be more disappointed. We called to schedule an appointment because we're putting our house on the market and wanted everything to look really nice in our pictures. We scheduled to have the driveway pressure washed and sealed. Having had such a great experience before I didn't hesitate when the business owners father, Bill, called me to ask for payment while I was at work as a nurse. I sent $299 by zelle and what a huge mistake! I got home that night and the driveway did not look one bit different than when I left in the morning. I proceeded to call twice and leave messages 24 hours later I still haven't heard back even after calling again yesterday morning. Finally, and astute coworker suggested I use her phone so the call would be coming from a different number. Voila Steve Irving the business owner answered. I expressed my displeasure at the work done or should I say not done and their failure to respond. He insisted that I was mistaken and they had done the work. His only offer was to come back out September 13th and redo it. That is of no use to us as our photographer is going to be here this week. That is 5 weeks from now and based on his failure to even answer to the phone except when I called from a friend's number I highly doubt he will ever show up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE LAST THING THEY SHOULD CALL THEMSELVES IS RELIABLE. A BETTER NAME WOULD BE RIP OFF PRESSURE CLEANING AND PAINT. These guys had a great price, specifically my roof, driveway, walkway, and the sidewalk. I added additional service to clean my windows on the second floor. They showed up early to my home, and did fantastic job. They were very nice, very professional, they spent a little bit of extra time on some thing that I asked them to, and they did the entire service very quickly. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and assured me they would take precautions. The two employees that came were very professional. One thing I really like is that they guarantee the roof for 2 years against any HOA letters saying the roof is dirty. I left a voicemail message over the weekend about my pressure washing needs and was happy to get a response first thing Mon am....and then an emailed confirmation.....and then another emailed confirmation 2 days before my appointment. The 3 guys showed up during the confirmed time window, were done with my driveway, sidewalk and large back pool deck within 90 minutes....efficient, pleasant and they did a great job! My expectations are low based on previous experiences but these guys knocked it out of the park. When I tried to use my groupon voucher with this company, this man asked me to call groupon to request a refund and then to contact him and he will give me a good deal, yes great deal! He used regular clorox and many of my plants and grass had to be replaced, even my neighboor complained of a strong smell of clorox a WEEK after the work was done. I needed to contact another person to come and clean all the stains from windows and walls. This same person usually charges $130 for roof cleaning, which includes rinsing of the walls and windows.
