If I could give it no stars I would, why have a time when you open but you're not open? Sat there for 30 minutes cause I had nothing better to do and didn't want to drive all over psl for some vape juice no one opened the shop. Says they're open at 10am on Mondays maybe change the time. I used to drive to Vero for cheap In-house juice, now I can drive over to St. Lucie West and pick up whatever I need. Friendly staff, looking to give you the best experience they can. They are helpful and know their stuff. My only knock on BocaVapes is their name and not having a sign. They sound like they are located in Boca, and that's confusing when telling people about my new favorite vape shop. Not having a sign doesn't help my friends find the shop either. read more

After this evenings experience, I would definitely give zero stars, if I was able. The girl at the register refused to sell me anything, because my 24 year old son was sitting in my jeep without ID. He didn't step in the store, or out if my vehicle for that matter. Fortunate for the owner that he gets enough business, that his female staff can pick and choose who they sell to. I would understand if he had went in, but that wasn't the case. I can go to any gas station or grocery store, and purchase beer or cigarettes, and the cashier doesnt look in my vehicle to see if i have anyone else in my car before completeing the transaction. Your employee, has some serious control issues, and should abide by the law, not bend it to suit her. I will gladly pay more for my vape supplies by going to a different vape shop, with a cashier that keeps her nose in her own business. read more

A majority of the time I walk into any vape shop i feel as though I'm interrupting or i feel out of place because vape shops can be so 'cliquey'. Especially having younger people who come in to hang out. There was a younger girl there who answered every single one of my questions and made me feel completely at home. I went to Boca Vapes after having a bad experience at a different company in Port at Lucie that sold vapes.There was a young man who was very welcoming He took his time with me and explained what I was doing wrong, he taught me how to use my vapor correctly and even fixed my vapor which I bought from a different store. I thought I found an excellent vape shop. (Since I support small business and I will continue to do so). It's great when your buying. But god forbid you have an issue. I bought several vapes from them and I like their juice. 1 vape starting heating up excessively so I went back and just got another. As a matter of fact let me just get 2 so I have a back up. Well because they were cheap and I drop them A LOT no big deal. Well long and behold when I tried to use the 2nd one I bought had an Issue. So I just figured return it right??? NOT well it's been 8 days so I could only give you 10% off a new one. I'm like really because I'm in here once a week and that's what your going to offer? WOW. I left found another place to spend my money on. Fast forward 2 1/2 month, My son goes there buy's me a new vape pen. They told him if you don't like it or any issues you have 7 day's to return it. That was on Monday at 8:22 PM. On Wednesday at 7:39 PM, 48 hours. I go to return this heavy pen that I don't like and it's too big and was leaking. Guess what. Nope not only that they won't take it back or even offer something smaller. Or even exchange oh no. Too bad they said that the coil was burnt and I need a new coil. So I'm not only out of a $38. but also a coil that was less than 48 hours old. So since this place is doing so good and does not need my business I'll let other know that they don't need your business either. I was completely unenthused by my first experience at the Port St Lucie location. It was a totally different experience than the Boca location. I was so excited when I learned that one of my favorite vape merchants had a location near my home in Port St Lucie. I walked in and felt immediately uncomfortable. No one greeted or even acknowledged us when we entered. There were 5 or 6 young men vaping in the sitting area. The store was so full of vapor that it hindered visibility. I felt like I was interrupting or intruding. The employee that helped me was not rude but I certainly would not call him friendly either. I asked if he carried a juice that I like and he pointed at a menu standing on the counter and said "that's what we have" I felt like getting him to sell me anything was putting him out.
