I got home and the vape was completely empty and covered in the vape juice because it had leaked out. less than 24 hours later I went back to get an exchange and the gentleman told me they couldn't exchange it. they willingly took nearly $30 for 1 vape(the price broke down to $80 for all 3) knowing that if it were bad that they'd keep my money and send me away with nothing but a bad mood. this is ridiculous! the guy said "we tell everyone to test them in our shop so they know theure okay" well no one told me to test them! im not a regular user of this shop or vapes in general so if if this is common knowledge for this industry, I wasn't aware of it. I've never felt more robbed by an actual business in my entire life. he had the nerve to offer me 10% off of a new one. so I have to spend roughly $50 for 1 $27 vape because you guys sell broken junk?! they have the absolute worst customer service policy and I'm shocked I'm the first to encounter this problem.

I even tried to apologize to him but he doubled down on his condescending tone. I get that he's frustrated and put in an awkward position, but that's no way to do business. I won't be back.

I decided to trust the words of the people and swing by here. The shop is super easy to find, right off Colorado between downtown (confusion corner) and US1. There was easy street parking right in front and close parking lots. The staff were immediately friendly and willing to help as soon as I walked in. The shop is beautiful, with incredible stock for any of your related needs. I needed some recommendations as a non-local and unfamiliar with some of the brands carried, and I got all the answers I needed from the two wonderful ladies working. They were helpful, funny, and engaged while I shopped and asked questions.
