There's now 5 people in line waiting for this guy to get off the phone & help. I waited another couple minutes and gave up. Just walked out & said I won't be coming back. Well I ran out of coils again & this is the closest place to my house. I figured maybe I would try it again & give them another chance. I should've known better....... I checked their hours on Yelp & Google which said open through 6pm. I pulled up at 5:40pm on Friday went to the door and the damn place was closed! I'm 10000% done with this place and highly recommend taking the drive elsewhere. Just absolutely horrible. I ran my own business after the military & would have never done this regardless of my "bill" or whatever issue caused me to close early. I asked when they would be getting more and the young guy with long hair said, "I don't know. The owner does all the ordering and he won't tell us when or if he's going to reorder." I was perplexed and said that that was an unacceptable answer and they were going to lose a loyal customer. The guy got pretty nasty with me, mocking me and speaking condescendingly towards me. I even tried to apologize to him but he doubled down on his condescending tone. I get that he's frustrated and put in an awkward position, but that's no way to do business. I won't be back.

One batch was very dry and even with a moisture packet in it for a few days, the effects were little to none and flavor was very disappointing to say the least. Got another strain and it was overwhelmingly diesel-y. I'm not much for diesel strains although this one was much better than the other one. I really wanted to like my experience here but both of the buds just were not it for me. I would leave a one star review but Farrah's professionalism bumps it up to two.
