Call Hilltop Monday morning. My husband uses them for his car. It's less than two miles away so I was able to drive the car in. Pat explained the process of discovery, the worst it might be, and he least it might be. They were busy and I wasn't in a rush, so I did not expect him to have it diagnosed on Monday and fixed on Tuesday, yet he did! Communicated the process and problems extremely well. She did her homework online & found a nice Ford that would do the trick out at Keyser & Miller. We arrived ahead of her scheduled 11 am appt but no matter, Karl was there & ready to help. We looked over the vehicle & asked Karl many questions about it. We took it for quite a long ride so she could see how it handled on the highway & not just city streets. He was very accommodating & never made us feel rushed or that he was not being truthful. A couple of times he had to get answers from a manager but had no problem doing that for us when he didn't know the answers. After several hours at the dealership we all sat down to talk. Again, Karl was not pushy & never made us feel like he just wanted to make the sale. In the end my friend decided to buy the truck. They quoted me $3500 + for inspection. I did it for $560 with buying tools and parts everything needed. They were scamming on the three of the four were good. I understand recommend to do pairs so maybe I had to do one pair. I worked on it sporadically so it took me three months to bring back upon bringing it back. They the inspection, but they gave me stickers to match the from three months ago. They never whether I'd like to have them emissions reinspected so both be up-to-date. They just took it upon themselves to make that decision for me. I much would've rather paid for the emissions reinspection and had up-to-date stickers. My my experience with them was that they are very unprofessional and incompetent. I will never go there again.

I drive in and I'm told the oil change would be $89. plus the $45. rotation including the check up. I didn't get the oil change. I had a high percentage left. I told the service desk what I was told when I made the appt (plus the confirming email) that I got a free oil change. This is the second time I was told differently from making the appt to when I got there. That first visit cost me more than the quote for the two inspections-should have been standard prices. I've only been there twice. Not the friendliest. Whoever is making the appt for Bergey's is where the problem starts.
