These guys charged me $50 to come from Philly to Phoenixville to save my ass from freezing. I gave em $80 because it's not about price, it's about doing what I ask when I need it. These guys did it and for that I am deleting my AAA roadside, my insurance roadside and I'm just calling these guys whenever I need a tow or tow like service. It was way too easy and convenient for anyone to be dealing with AAA or roadside assistance thru anyone except just calling Poppa Locks directly. Trust me you'll save HOURS. 10/10!!

I try to use a gift card with $28 on it then a credit card to pay the rest. They refused using 2 cards even though they charge $6 for a credit card use. I figure a credit card would charge the business at most 3% not 5.2%.

My husband is an owner operator so we choose to take our tractor here, not because of pricing…read morebecause they can be more expensive than the dealer but because of turn around time from drop off to pick up which in our prior experience was faster than the dealer and that matters when you are an owner operator because if the wheels ain't turning, you ain't making money as they say. BUT this last experience was horrible! First thing.....We dropped the tractor off on a Monday to get an inspection and also because of an ACB code and a Transmission fault code, NOT a check engine light which had been on for almost a year and this place have worked on the vehicle two or three times prior to this with the check engine light on. Second.....after calling serval times FINALLY he was told around Thursday that they reset the codes and they did not come back on. They further told him that his check engine light was on due to some cables which were causing his antifreeze to leak and that is why the check engine light was on and that to pass inspection it needed to be fixed, so we said okay. Now we were at the following Monday and we are told that the dealer sent the wrong parts and they were try to get the parts and have the truck ready. So FINALLY Tuesday the truck is ready for pick up. BUT when my husband starts the truck the same codes are on! He goes inside and after speaking with the gentlemen he says to my husband that it was miscommunication we thought it was here for an engine light and inspection! Mind you they had already said they cleared those codes and work had to be done for the engine light to come off to pass inspection along with brakes, and air leaks brakes. Why wouldn't they mention the two codes???? (So the truck passed inspection with these codes on???) Then they say they will look at it but the mechanics were gone for the day and if they had to perform a diagnostic they would charge AGAIN for that and also their hourly rate. Not to mention they charged for over 9.5 hours of labor already and the receipt does not break down the hours it just lumped into one. (side note the truck was there for over a week so I'm guessing with those calculations it sat for most of the time). So we decided to take the truck and go elsewhere due to the lack of character on their part to try to mislead us and say it was a communication error and then to charge us again for diagnoses and labor for the diagnoses. Now fast forward to the very next day, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW BACK ON! OVER $2400 FOR WHAT?? It is truly hard to find an honest repair shop and mechanic so if you have one your are blessed and if you are searching for one I would not recommend this shop.
