Their beds are new, clean, and serviced constantly. I've been a client here for 6 months and I have never seen a bulb out in one of the beds. The girls are prompt and efficient at the front plus super friendly. I never feel like they are pushy on trying to sell me something either. I've visited both south Elgin and Elgin locations. I have been tanning for over 20 years and the girl at the front desk refused to let me go anything more than 6 minutes at any level because it was my first time at this location. Yet the price stayed the same with the same amount of minutes. After politely bringing this up to her multiple times how I didn't like being charged double because it's my first time, she continued trying to push the membership on me. This was horrible experience and I would do everything in your power never to come here!

The place is very clean and sanitary, it's a very comfortable and cozy environment. The staff member Savannah helped me understand what each lay down, and stand up beds are specifically for. Also explained to me what would be the best tanning lotion for a man would be by showing me each one, letting me get sample smell sense until I found the one that I liked the most. Then she gave me a walk-through of the building to show me each stand up and lay down bed and explained in detail of what they are good for, for instance the red bed, it's very good for inflammation and joint pain, also muscle pain and multiple other things like it's good for your pores and many more advantages of the red light! Then she also gave me the tour of the lowest level tanning bed all the way up to the strongest tanning bed. She was very helpful and very very polite! I definitely from my experience of going to tanning beds, this place is definitely five star in my book as far as sanitary, comfortable, the deals that they have change from time to time but they always have awesome deals, no matter if it's just for a one-time use or a monthly membership. I definitely recommend unlimited tan on ridge road in minooka Illinois if you're looking for a good place that you know is clean, and well equipped! Not to mention their large setup of different kinds of tanning lotions on display for you pick one as a sample to see if you like it so then you buy it, and also you can just get a bottle if you already know that's the brand you like and the scent you like, I guarantee they have it cuz they have a lot.
