My hair being naturally blonde, and I dye it black with ghost roots for every visit, she gets my hair DONE. The location is very cute too. You have so many shops nearby that are absolutely gorgeous. The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out.

I got unnecessary damage to my hair and not even the color I wanted. I also got snarky comments from the owner, Shantel. It also felt like they were just trying to rush me out of there. They cut my hair good, but now I'm considering shaving all of it off because it's getting so damaged trying to get it back to that lighter original color I had. Do not recommend.

While I'm waiting they came over and told me they are actually closed on Monday's. The Open sign was on and I was seat without being told. I would have come back on a different day if I knew from the get go. After waiting 20-30 minutes someone finally started working on me. Water is VERY cold at this point. I asked for a standard pedicure with no polish since it was taking so long.. my toes look horrible, cut super short, so I cannot have them fixed elsewhere, they are irritated, and cut skin in serveral spots. Still made to pay $40. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten and a waste of $40. Would not recommend coming here.
