I returned today with a group of seven friends. We had a 12:30pm reservation for brunch. I was surprised to find out we were forced to sit outside--the temperature was 3° C today. There is a heat lamp but it was still like sitting in a freezer outside. "We only serve brunch outside," said the waiter. Ninety minutes later, when we paid the check, i went inside to go to the bathroom and I was shocked to see that in the dining room how many people were eating in there: exactly zero! I am quite annoyed that a restaurant of this high status cannot be more accommodating and have better hospitality. They could have easily moved us inside.
