Insurance covered a few slopes, but not a full replacement, however we had them do a full replacement to get it done now and not worry about it again. Coldstream was in constant communication with us and the insurance company to try and get us the best value for what was being covered. We were put on the cancellation list and got a call much sooner than we expected. Chris showed up, in uniform and in a marked vehicle. I was texted and emailed a photo of him before he showed up - so that I would know who I was letting into my house. I was told that they also do a background check. He fixed the leaking pipe, repaired the ceiling that needed a hole cut and installed two bathroom vent fans. He did great work, was friendly and cleaned up completely before he left.
