The waiting room is small but have free coffee and water with public restrooms. The first OIC was pencil whipped rite in his office with me sitting there. He charged me $1400 for 20 minutes of work and it was returned by the IRS because they did my 2014 taxes in correctly as well. they did the 2014 taxes for a 2nd time and charged me again. I wouldn't trust them with a paperboys taxes.
