They don't answer the phone. It goes straight to voice-mail and it's full and can't leave a message. Went in person and they were closed during hours the said they would be open. A friend dropped her taxes off the same say as me. She went in and they said they were working on that date. They called her the next day and they were done. Two weeks go by and mine still weren't done (dropped off 1/2 hour after hers). I went in and couple days later mine were done. No explanation and no apology as to why they took so long.

On Labor Day long weekend I got a speeding ticket with points.
