I saw right away how much effort Ilene put into understanding the neuromuscular system, and into creating an individualized plan for each client. She used a variety of techniques that allowed me to modify exercises and avoid exacerbating my condition, and she gave me techniques to use to avoid pain in activities of daily living as well, such as getting in and out of the car. Working with her has increased my strength and flexibility, improved my posture and gait, helped reduce my pain, and improved my quality of life.
