My doctor Marshal Deirdre is the very best, the top, and I would never change her. The anesthesia person as well was best I have ever experienced, like peaceful calming and sleeping experience. Now, the way this clinic works is absolutely absurd and very dangerous. After my triple Surgery (eye lift, breast and vaginoplasty), the clinic called my husband to pick me up. I wasn't totally awake from anesthesia, after i arrived home, wich i can't remember anything in that interval, maybe one hour later i start being awake at my house. Next day i had at the same clinic 15 min care and sent home with no very clear instructions. I was given a phone number to contact a nurse Fanny and I was let go. After I got some minor complications happened within the 2nd day after surgery, so I text Fanny, but took between 24 and 48 hours to get an answer. Now, i am unclear if in my case i need any dilatation, but there is nobody wanting to answer me this question, after texting and calling the clinic, got no answer. They message is clear: we are done with you! I will avoid large loop doing anything in this clinic. As per saying: the cheap results expensive. And they are not really very cheap, maybe some hundred $, comparing with may high class competitive climics that offers constantly discounts and care after surgery. My advice: DON'T TRY THEM! I am a very healthy and strong person, I recovered well, but I am thinking on some not so strong or healthy, that may have complications after the surgery, this clinic will just close they door on your face after take your money and give you what promised as a service. Hope this help someone, not to pass the stress I have been passed choosing this strange place. When scheduling my next appointment, the options available are pretty flexible, which works with my work schedule. The laser hair removal treatment is pretty pricey, but well worth it. I wish I had done it years ago. There are financing options available that pretty much add up to the same amount you would spend paying for waxes or sugaring every month. There are also deals from time to time, so be on the lookout for those. Please note that after you are done with your treatments, there is a chance that you may have some hair grow back but very little (patches) and it is a lot finer. If that is the case, then you can schedule a touchup for a reasonable price.

Then a staff member named Chantelle contacted me and promised that if I canceled the dispute, my refund would be issued the following Wednesday. I trusted what she told me and canceled the dispute. That Wednesday came and went. Then another Wednesday passed. Still no refund. Another promise broken. At this point, it feels like they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off the phone, with no intention of following through. I have spent months chasing money that they themselves agreed should be returned. I am not asking for the non-refundable $500. I am asking for the $1,500 they promised to refund. Honoring your own policies should not require endless phone calls, false promises, and disputes. If this is how they treat someone before they even become a surgical patient, imagine how they might handle other issues. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to think twice. I went to use the restroom before my appointment began but both bathrooms were down for maintenance...what a bad one. The room where I had my massage was a little more lit up than I like for my massage, with that same cold feeling from the reception area. I know that this center is for overall wellness but I'd recommend catering each room to the service. Maybe dim the lighting for massage appointments. My masseuse was Maria. She was extremely kind and very personable. She got to know me and asked questions about my problem areas which led to conversations about our families. It was very nice to talk to her and it was a very comforting feeling; like speaking to someone you've known for years. You could tell that she was very skilled and knew just how to get the knots out which I very much needed and appreciated. When she was finished, she politely stepped out of the room and I noticed the time and saw that she shaved about 10 minutes off which was disappointing because I would've loved another 10 minutes of her incredible massage. I had no difficulties checking out; they quickly applied my Groupon deal, explained their services and handed me a brochure to look over if I was interested. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Overall, I was underwhelmed. Nothing stood out, but nothing was necessarily wrong either. My massage, although cut short, was very good and my masseuse was very skilled. I'm still on the fence on whether to come back, but for now I'm keeping the brochure in my purse as the prices were very doable!
