Thank goodness! I made the appointment through yelp and their response time was very quick, so sure enough within minutes I was scheduled for an appointment to see Dr.Brown. They offer 1/2 syringe and 1 full syringe at different prices. What I liked about this was that the Dr was honest about how much syringe I needed, instead of trying to sell me 1 or 2 syringes at a time. Btw the pricing of the syringes is priced just about right compared to others in Miami. Dr. Brown makes you feel super comfortable and if you have questions or are looking to accomplish a certain look JUST ASK!! Judgement free zone. I got a full syringe mostly on the top (for reference) and he did exactly what i wanted where he put most of the product in the middle of the top lip. I'm really disappointed that I have to write this review. Upon arrival everything seemed great. It was a beautiful atmosphere and the technician who was a doctor seemed like a nice person. I am always apprehensive about going to places that I've never been before. And boy do I regret coming here. Let me give you a little bit of background. I've been getting injectables for many years now. I'm gonna say for the last six or seven years. Keep in mind that I know how to do aftercare. You cannot lay down you cannot work out and I don't do anything like that for a few days after just to be safe. This is not my first rodeo. I was honestly expecting more from her. Since she works in the ER as a doctor. I am writing this review because she gave me no remorse for the damage that was done. She decided to give me a partial refund. Which is honestly a slap in the face. When you work in the beauty industry and services are not as expected, done correctly and especially when damaging as they turned out for me. I should've got an entire refund! At least!!! This is not like working in a doctors office. I get the masseter's done for teeth grinding. I noticed that she had multiple injection points. Which was definitely different than what I normally get. I usually get my injections done from a anesthesiologist in San Diego. He always did one point. But I trusted her which was a mistake on my behalf. I will also include the text messages of our correspondence so you can see them. I'm trying to hopefully help someone or prevent this type of thing from happening to them. To be honest I'm not really happy with my other injections she gave me either. But I didn't mention them because this was what was most important to me obviously. So to make a long story short I have half a smile. When I smile half of my smile goes up and the other side doesnt. This is literally horrible. I have to live with this for the next 3 to 4 months which is so embarrassing. She also knew I have to be on camera for my job. And all she's giving me back is $250!!! So I basically get to look like this and live with this for free!!!! I am super disappointed in the way that I have been treated. I even told her that I didn't think that that was enough. She never responded until I told her I wasn't going to my appointment so she could try to fix it. Which upon researching there's nothing you can actually do so I would've been wasting my time. And basically risk further damage. No thank you. I waited for her to at least try to do the right thing and refund me my entire amount. That is the least you could've done!!!! It doesn't matter if you did those services on me! What matters is I look like this and I have to live with this until it wears off. It really feels like lack of empathy as a person. But maybe because she's a doctor I'm just a patient and a number. I can't speak for the other doctor that works here but I would never ever suggest anyone to come here. Their practices are not done right here. The lack of empathy is disgusting. All she was basically saying was this has never happened to her before?? That's it! Really?? No sorry! No I feel so bad!!! I came here with a friend for our first time of doing anything to our faces. We wanted to do Botox so bad but we were very afraid . We met with Dr Giovanni first where she went over everything step by step. She is great and really made us feel comfortable and we were ready to do this!!
