I have not had any bad service or missed appts, ever. The one and only time that I missed my scheduled appt, the staff were kind enough to reschedule me and didn't penalize me for missing it. I usually have my regular eyebrow waxing done but I've also had massages (both relaxation and RMT), manicures, pedicures and back treatments. All of the staff and the owners are just amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time! She was excellent and massaged really well, from the knee down. She focused a lot on my lower legs which she explained would help with sore feet. I trust her! For my own services I tried about 4 different RMT's before I found the perfect match for me.
