It's unfortunate they have a great location and ability to make the spa extremely profitable though they hire someone who is a fraud and negligent. All the reviews of the spa are terrible, I wish I had searched it beforehand. The salon needs a new marketing/hiring team and a new nurse practitioner. And I am sure they pay to remove reviews. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle.
