A quick search led me to Beverly Hills Spa, and that ended up being a great find. From the first phone call, the experience was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very positive and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.

This injector is a trained Neurologist. It is concerning that this could inadvertently happen. I scheduled an appt. on line to have this taken care of. I was charged $44 for 4 units botox to relax the muscle. It resolved the issue caused by them and an additional charge to me. My lips are fine, though I feel they aren't full enough. The rest of my botox seems okay. I am sure this was not the norm, but they should have taken care of it with no additional charge to me.

Their disorganization has regularly put me through phone tag hell and left me stranded without my medication. Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.
