I schedule and appointment online which required a deposit, no biggie. I arrived ontime to my appointment. Upon entering the suite was lobby area was nice and I instructed to it down and wait for a couple of minutes. My therapist then came to guide me to her suite, Upon entering I notice that she was not properly equipped to give drainage treatment, however I continued with the treatment. She started the treatment with a cream and begin to apply deep pressure to my back, continue to my ab area, she begin to run out of the cream which made the massage even more uncomforatable and very painful. I started to question her about her training, in which she told me she had no professional training in massage or lymphatic drainage. I could tell. The next few days after the massage I was more sore than before I went to her spa. She basically gave me a deep tissue massage and not the treatment that I signed up for. I would not recommend anyone go there for post lipo treatments. Not properly trained. I wont be back.
