Upon entering I had high hopes because the reception to the spa area although it was small it looked warm and inviting. I was checked in and led to a women's restroom/locker room and this is where my experience became lackluster. I was shown a locker where to put my things and there was a rolled up half towel situation and some blue slippers. I'm a big girl. Never was I asked what size I needed for either. My butt was out and the slides were too small....... Then as I'm putting my belongings in the locker I noticed that the floor was filthy. Like hair, dust, like it may not have been swept in about a week. Then I was led to a room with oxygen chairs, I was told to have a seat, but the oxygen service was never explained or anything, there were also snacks in the area and I knew I could partake due to signage the hostess who brought me to the area was very frazzled and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I can't remember her name. The ONLY reason why they got the two stars is because the person who did my Posh Facial was the TRUTH.
