So I get there and my name was called and I went in to the office with the nurse who asked me to take my jacket off and shoes and get this SOCKS!!!!!! and i thought i heard something different but I didn't so I continued to ask her why I needed to take off my socks when I physically cant and she replied 'thats the only way they get an accurate weight reading' and I said to her well I'm sorry but that is impossible for me to do that so is it possible to leave them on, and to my surprise she said 'NO' if you cant take them of then we cant help you at this clinic. At this point I was furious and told her I wanted to speak to her boss which was the doctor that everyone was waiting to see since it was the only doctor and there was roughly 15-20 people waiting not including myself. She was incredibly rude to me and didn't care about what I had told her. So i waited 30mins to talk to this doctor and once is was my turn I walked in and explained to him the exact same story and to my SHOCK....he had the nerve to say the same thing to me. So in closing i said to him that this was a very discriminative clinic that will not help severely obese patients on the condition that we physically can not take off and put on our socks just to get a weight reading. I also told this doctor that i called 4 or 5 different places and they did not need to remove the socks for any reasons at all even Dr.Bernstiens. Yes these other place are not free and are expensive but at least they were ready and willing to help out the bigger men and women that need to lose the weight due to medical reasons to make their life better and start to live a healthy life style. I DO NOT recommend Dr.Poon's program at all. they are all very rude there and DO NOT care about us as human beings and won't take the time to help us out at all. The food quality on day one after shipment arrival was average but by the third day it had a taste and smell reminiscent of eating from a garbage can in a back alley. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location.
