In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

I am hottub, sauna, spa connoisseur! My aging body demands quality hot water and saunas. I was…read morevisiting Toronto from the U.S. on a work related trip and was desperate for hot water so paid the full $85 ($90 with tax) to get in for the last 45 minutes and was sorely disappointed. The sauna was barely warm. The main pool was luke warm; albeit relaxing to move in, as I was the only one using it. The supposed "hot" pool was not warmer than my hottub at home that we keep at 104, so must've only been around 101 my guess. And yes, the 2 other women that were there were chatting up a storm, so not your relaxing, spa type environment. The staff, though, were very kind and helpful. I'd say if you have time and the same amount of money, head an hour east to Thermea spa, which is well worth the time and money!

More of a 3.5 star. My friend has been here and I've always been meaning to try it. Visited during…read morethe morning on a Monday so it wasnt too crowded or loud. I booked a 30 minute therapeutic massage at 12:45 pm with female RMT Chris, which cost about $130 total. They told me to come about 1 hour before check in to enjoy the complimentary water pools. I would strongly recommend going before 12 or 1 pm om weekdays cause it gets more crowded and loud afterwards. I dont think weekends are advisable due to all the other reviews I read. When I went, only 8-10 women were in the spa and that was enough for me. If you have never been like me, they can give you a little 2 minute tour. Once you are inside the spa area, on the right side you will see a locker room to change and put your things away (they give you a locker key), a vanity room to get ready (hair dryer, hair brush, q-tips, cotton pads, hair ties are provided), and a washroom. Their are also slippers you can use (see inside cabinets) and you will get a face towel, body towel and robe. They have 3 pools (cold, warm and hot), a sauna and steam room. Be sure to do a quick body rinse before going in. You can do their suggested water circuit. I did one full circuit but then went to steam room again. I then took shower in preparation of my massage. If you want to continue water circuit after beauty service you will have to wash off any oils and creams used before going back in again. For my massage, they take you into a private room in another quiet zone area. Chris was pretty good, I wanted to focus on my shoulders and neck. Maybe lower back if there was time. I found she was going to light and asked her for deeper pressure which really worked out the knots. She didnt have time to properly do my lower back tho which was fine cause I only did 30 mins. So if you need something similar, I recommend 45 or 1 hour massage appointment so she can do full body. Note for improvement, I did notice they have filtered water fountians but I think they could have done cucumber or lemon water as a nicer touch. They do have a juice bar though, I tried their Vitamin D smoothie which was popular there. Overall, I wouldn't mind returning if I wanted to treat myself but it's very similar to the Korean jimjilbang (sauna) in the sense that its very communal like. A bit higher end but not as much variety as some Korean saunas. If you rather save money and are more focused on pools then I suggest Korean sauna. If you want a massage like me and water pools is a nice extra then this could be a good spot.

My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax is you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

I'm so glad I was able to do two sessions here and honestly, I think about this place every day. The guides here are so special. The concept of other ship is contrast therapy: there is sauna, and cold plunge. But it's unlike any contrast therapy I've done. It's a 75 minute class where you go in and your swimsuit and it's coed. You take part in a version of Aufguss - a sauna where they break balls of ice infused with delicious essential oils. I took a Gacha class where you do lymphatic drainage and then I also took a heart opener class. They also have free flow where there's no guide. The cold plunge is really special - you get paired up but if the class is small you can go alone. I've cold plunged a lot, and this experience transformed me. I was able to stay really, really calm and have a euphoric experience. The guides also use a tuning fork after the cold plunge to get you to calm the nervous system. The shower and changing room is not ideal for anyone that wants to go about their day after the experience but other than that, I wish I lived in Toronto to do this daily. The staff is also super friendly. They gave me their signature incense for my first visit. I love, love this place.

I decided to come here with my boyfriend because he really needed a massage. He's been working over time nearly everyday and stands a lot. It seemed like a really good idea to gift him a relaxing morning. While he did that, I decided I'd get a manicure to help pass the time. Mirabel was amazing at helping us do the booking and being very clear about the costs etc. Absolutely wonderful! Starting with the boyfriend's experience: the hydrotherapy was nice, but it was also not the most relaxing. He was getting splashed in the face a bit by the masseuse controlling the handheld jet which you can imagine is quite unpleasant, especially when you're meant to relax. He didn't enjoy it much but the effects of increasing circulation in the body certainly worked. He did enjoy the 45 minutes massage that followed thankfully. His masseuse was able to work out a lot of his knots in the shoulder and upper back. And he said that was very relaxing and he wishes he would have just done a full 90 minutes of massage instead. If this review was based solely on the one service, 5 stars! The manicure was not great at all. I realize it's not what they specialize in, but I think if they plan to charge as much as a regular manicure bar for polish ($38) then they should invest in proper training for application and more color options. They didn't even have white. The website says choose from 150+ colors. What a lie. I walked in and there were about 40 pinks and purples + a small handful of random colors. Usually I'm having trouble deciding because I love all the colours. Here I was disappointed to see they did absolutely NOT have 150+ colors to choose from. That was upsetting and misleading. The hand massage was amazing and the prep was done well. They really got the cuticles formed nicely, though I am sensitive and had to mention it a few times. She was a bit rough with the sharper pointy tool. I was not very relaxed. What bugs me is that they didn't do a base coat and didn't properly cap the nails. The brand apparently doesn't require it but I think that's a very basic few steps to ensure the best longevity of the manicure for your client. They also paint in tiny strokes not fully down the nail so now that it's dry, I can see it's not smooth at all. It's been less than 24 hours, and I've done no heavy lifting or soaks. It's already chipped. I do my nails all the time with regular polish and chipping usually begins in 5 days or so, even with heavy lifting. The top coat was very thin and I think didn't do much to protect the polish, either. I would not recommend the manicures at all. Pedicures is a different story because they can help you treat the callouses etc. But I wouldn't spend the money here for a manicure again. You can't charge $38 + tax when you have very few color options, no base coat, and no good quality top coat. Update the wording on your website please to reflect that you have limited options. Over all, he enjoyed his massage, and the team members were extremely pleasant. The environment is nice with a fantastic steam room available to clients in the shower area. But after a lot of reflection on the entirety of the experience, I don't think I'll be back or really recommend them. When you're one of 100+ spas, you need to invest more into the services so people want to return, even when it's your smallest services. You have wonderful staff and fantastic location. Sadly, we enjoyed 1/3 services at the end of the day.

Following the renovations the spa is still located in the basement which is not ideal as you can hear the subway.
