I LOVE this business! Liz Urea is an angel and has helped me relieve so much pain from my shoulders! She helped renew my skin before my wedding day! Her facials are to die for, while her massages are very similar to heaven. She is so friendly, loving, and just has a beautiful soul. I love the way she helps my eyebrows look beautiful. On Thursday, July 2nd, I lunched my boat late in the afternoon as was experiencing mechanical issue with the throttle stuck in gear. Thinking our family vacation was over, I reached out to Sun Country Service Department. I explained my situation. The tech I spoke with was confident what the issue was and that they had the part in stock. I thought there is no way they will get me in on a holiday weekend to get this repair done and get me back on the water this trip. The tech put me in contact with Derek, the Service Manager. He said, "Bring it in Friday morning and I will see what I can do to squeeze you in". I dropped the boat off Friday morning, at 1:30 pm. Derek called and said, "your boat is ready"! Derek and his team salvaged our vacation and got us back on the water. Top notch service. I highly recommend.

Recently while in Lake Havasu City for a much needed vacation, I decided to pamper myself. While dining at a local eatery I asked my waitress if she knew of a local establishment where I could go, she recommended Body Essentials. I went there and experienced the most relaxing facial and body massage I have had in years; it was truly awesome! The surroundings are serene and the staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming. They made an "out of towner" feel right at home. I am grateful for the reference and will definitely visit again when I return to Lake Havasu! read more
