When I entered the front desk employees were super friendly and got me all checked in. As others have mentioned I really appreciated the calm and relaxing vibe. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their interior design. Not something you always see! The only thing I wasn't expecting was the massage room I'd basically one huge room with different cabana esq tents set up for each client. Since you don't have your own room your masseuse has to really whisper and you can hear when other clients next to you are arriving or departing. It wasn't bad, just different. They do have wave music playing to try and drown out any noise. My massage was great and my masseuse did a wonderful job. The prices were reasonable and I could see the membership being a solid deal if you wanted to visit monthly.
