Since you don't have your own room your masseuse has to really whisper and you can hear when other clients next to you are arriving or departing. It wasn't bad, just different. They do have wave music playing to try and drown out any noise. My massage was great and my masseuse did a wonderful job. The prices were reasonable and I could see the membership being a solid deal if you wanted to visit monthly.

Beware of this guy, if I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, his 5 stars on Google is…read moredeceiving. He deletes any semi-negative reviews and blocks the users so they can't post another review. So onto my experience. John is so unbelievably unprofessional. I made an appointment for early morning, for my birthday, and arrived within 5 minutes of appointment time. I texted asking how to find his suite in the building. There are no signs anywhere. Called him, no response. So we eventually figure it out, it's about 11 minutes past appointment time. He still hasn't returned the call. Knock on the door to the "room", that first off isn't even relaxing looking inside, he comes out, leaving a person on the table. He starts making a bunch of excuses. "I texted you the address this morning and you didn't reply" - "yes but the appointment was already confirmed prior". To which he is showed the text so then he agrees, "sorry you are correct it was confirmed. You can come back tomorrow morning". No offer of discount for my wasted time and gas, no nothing, I decline because after all this was for my birthday. Since that didn't work, he starts with "well she showed up and I said hi and her name was kind of similar to yours" - "so you realized it wasn't me though, and since I wasn't here at the exact time, you took someone else in my place and now you're telling me to wait until this evening for my appointment?" Then again another excuse "well it's now 14 minutes past appointment time" - "yes I was HERE within 5 minutes of the appointment but YOU didn't answer calls or texts" - so then he is like "ahh yes I see that now.....but I was in session already, she didn't confirm her appointment and just walked in". So then I proceed with "so you took a walk in, during my CONFIRMED appointment time, within less than 5 minutes of the start time?" Then he makes more excuses "well again you have similar names" - "right, similar but not the same, you just said she didn't have an appointment and you knew that, so you clearly didn't mistake us". It was like 5 more minutes of him making the same excuses over and over again, and I couldn't possibly get into a relaxed enough state ever get a message from a person who is so unable to be accountable for their mistakes. So I certainly wouldn't be wasting my gas to come back here tomorrow morning. Honestly, this is the most unprofessional behavior I've dealt with in a long while, and while he totally ruined the morning of my birthday, that room is less than desirable and the atmosphere is anything but relaxing. If you want quality, look somewhere other than this guy, someone who works in an actual massage studio and not someone who brings people into a "massage" room that otherwise feels it's slapped into the middle of an office building. There are immediate limited options for prenatal massages pre-selected for you. I was able to book my desired day and time immediately within two days, which was amazing, a lot of availability. I was able to use my gift card and discount code easily through the app at checkout and then pay the remaining balance off with my credit card prior to booking (note add on change for prenatal and deep tissue). I did call them prior and asked about specifics for prenatal massages such as safety in the third trimester and about back laying during massages. They assured me that this was safe and that massages were done lying on your side. Parking was easy and free. I parked right in front of the business. I was greeted, asked if I wanted water and if I needed to use the restroom.Tthe entrance/waiting area is not large, but it is welcoming and stylish. I was greeted by my masseuse, she asked me a few questions about how I was feeling and walked me through how the massage was going to go before we started as she walked me to the room. She was excellent, although you cannot book prenatal massages with deep tissue, her touch was still soothing, but firm. I enjoyed the products used. They do not use oil they use either a gel or a lotion for the massage that doesn't leave you feeling sticky, and I also appreciate it that it was not scented. I usually like aromatherapy and scented lotions but I can see that some pregnant women may have aversions to certain scents, so this was a smart move. Vanessa, for the most part was silent until we had to switch positions and she asked twice during the massage if everything was fine I appreciated the silence and made it more relaxing. The hallway to the rooms are separated by curtains, very nicely, decorated, and relaxing. There are sound machines in every room that play the noise of what seems like being in the ocean during a storm. I'm not gonna lie. It was a little bit unsettling at first, especially for someone who is terrified of being an open water, but it did drown out any noise you might be able to hear from the other rooms and after a while, it became a soothing and relaxing sound. The only thing that gave me paused during my experience was paying at the end. I thought I had settled everything when I booked online, but when I went to check out, they attempted to charge me, and I had to explain that I had paid everything online with a gift card code and a coupon code and that because they removed the deep tissue service there should be money left over so I should not owe anything. It took some time for them to figure out, but in the end, everything was fine. They were able to apply the coupon and discount in person again, but I am not sure why the system makes you pay online if you have to go through the whole process again at the salon. Note you do not pay tip when booking online you pay at the end of your service and you. Annoy use gift cards to pay for tip. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I would definitely come again and I would definitely recommend.
