I'm a deep tissue kinda gal so I told her to go in on them knots lol. You pay for your massage first. If you're tipping with your credit card, that will be done after your massage. My only complaint is that they charge an additional card terminal service fee PER CARD TRANSACTION without verbally telling you. However, after visiting the location I discovered they are masters of the "bait and switch" pricing scheme. When we arrived, May, took us to the couple's room. When I returned she advised me they offered three types of massages and that the AcuQi was the best one. The way it was presented made it seem like it was one of three types included in the package I already paid a deposit for. She then mentioned that hot stones could be added and when I asked how much she said $15 per person for one area. I agreed to pay the extra for the hot stone massage. When it was time to check out I was advised that we could save $10 if we left a 5-star review on Google before we left, hence the good ratings because they are giving you a $10 "discount". After I wrote the review, she advised me that we owed $160 minus the $10 for the review so we owed $150 on top of the $80 deposit we already paid. She said the AcuQi massage was $110 per person but as you can see from the screenshot it's listed as $90 per person on the website. The couples massage is listed as $130 but I was charged $160, as you can see from the screenshots. They also charge you a 3.95% fee for using a credit card but there is no fee if you use Venmo or Zelle. She never rung anything up on a cash register and gave me my total on a Post-it note. The fact that they are using Venmo and Zelle and not tracking their charges leads me to believe they are NOT paying their taxes or reporting their sales accurately. DO NOT use this place because they are dishonest. A potential client called while we were waiting and she pushed the AcuQi massage on her telling her it was the best they offered. I forgot to mention my massage was horrible! He used heavy pressure even after I asked him to lighten up.

I had not been to a massage in over a year, but did not want to commit to a year-long contract at other massage chains, so I decided to give her a try. Having everything squared away with regards to paperwork before the session, I was able to maximize my time there. During the session she correctly pointed out how I tended to lean forward and have poor body posture (which is true since I am a programmer), and tuned the session to work to address that problem, instead of just going through the motions like other therapists have. She even used some form of heat (gel? stones?) without extra charge when she noticed the extra tension in my shoulders in order to work through the tension in my back muscles and shoulders. She wasn't able to hit my legs/feet when I was face up, but that was only because she focused on the areas I needed it most (back/shoulders), and I have to admit I need more work there. After the session she was not in a rush to shoe me out for any potential next clients, but rather took time to discuss my problems and what I could do to address them. I do not know how often I'll be getting massages, but if I have the time I will definitely come back to her. Although per session may be more expensive than the chain massage places (and really it is not that much more), the quality won't be hit or miss, and you'll appreciate the non-rushing and not-sticking to the clock of her; you actually get the full time vs the 50 min for a "60 min" session.

I initially needed a post-sports massage after running a half marathon. Tiffany does a great job of talking to you beforehand, asking what your needs are and what you would like her to focus on. During the massage she only asks pertinent questions that help get you the most out of your massage. She was so great. It was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. I'm sore today (in the good way where I know my muscles for worked out). I came in with some pian in my knee and she spent a great deal of time working on it and afterwards even spent some time telling me how to continue to improve it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. And as I said I already plan on going back. My goal is to make this a monthly trip. Her prices are affordable and she does have a loyalty program.
