There was a sign instructing clients to use the hand sanitizer before picking up a tissue to use to open the door before disposing it in a trash can inside. As a medical spa, preexisting cleaning protocols and routines were already adequate, but now they have upped the frequency of disinfecting the facility. All safety measures were explained to me so that I felt comfortable with going forward with my facial. Cass was amazing. I was a late to my appointment and had to take more time than expected to fill out the medical history and COVID related paperwork but he was able to accommodate me. (I'd recommend getting there factoring 20 minutes to thoroughly fill out the forms.) Anyway, Cass took the time to go over all of my medications, skin care products, skin care routine, and explain what my skin needed and didn't need. He was so accommodating with answering my questions and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was amazing like I did not feel uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured to purchase any products used afterwards. I scheduled my next facial with him that very day and it was a much needed self care experience. I went to Fresh once before early this year and had another esthetician who is no longer there who I can't say the same about, so I really enjoyed this one with Cass! Would definitely recommend.
