There was a sign instructing clients to use the hand sanitizer before picking up a tissue to use to open the door before disposing it in a trash can inside. As a medical spa, preexisting cleaning protocols and routines were already adequate, but now they have upped the frequency of disinfecting the facility. All safety measures were explained to me so that I felt comfortable with going forward with my facial. Cass was amazing. I was a late to my appointment and had to take more time than expected to fill out the medical history and COVID related paperwork but he was able to accommodate me. (I'd recommend getting there factoring 20 minutes to thoroughly fill out the forms.) Anyway, Cass took the time to go over all of my medications, skin care products, skin care routine, and explain what my skin needed and didn't need. He was so accommodating with answering my questions and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was amazing like I did not feel uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured to purchase any products used afterwards. I scheduled my next facial with him that very day and it was a much needed self care experience. I went to Fresh once before early this year and had another esthetician who is no longer there who I can't say the same about, so I really enjoyed this one with Cass! Would definitely recommend.

I filled out my new patient paperwork and sat less than 5 mins before I was called back by a physicians assistant. (I didn't get her name but she was amazing also). She went over everything with me, talked to me about different options, showed me the different filler types and let me feel them on a display. Very informative and helpful without being pushy at all. She numbed me, took before photos and I waited a few mins for Dr. Howell to come in. He was very friendly and has very good energy!! (I'm big on reading peoples vibes and the energy they give off) I never for a second felt nervous or scared! Dr. Howell gave me time to discuss my concerns and wants. Every issue I had was addressed and I am just so happy! I had undereye filler, chin filler, lip filler & Botox! It was my first time for the undereye and I am soooo pleased! After my procedure he did provide his personal phone number and answered my calls and addressed my concerns. However, the follow up appointments have been disappointing. My face looked asymmertical and I had a big lump under my eye and on my eyebrow and a dent next to it. The first nurse didn't provide any insight and said the doctor had to see it. She didn't even check the incision on my stomach where the fat was harvested from and I had to take my stitch out myself. The second follow up was with a more knowledgeable nurse because I complained, she took photos of my areas of concern but also said the doctor had to see it. I never got any follow up from that appointment. Today I went in for my post op with the doctor and I ended up waiting an hour. I asked how long and they said they were running behind and didn't know. I left. Bottom line is, Dr Weiler was very available and accessible before my procedure but disappeared after leaving me to deal with some very nice nurses that wouldn't tell me much to help with my concerns. I'm two months after my procedure and my face is not even, my right cheek is higher than the left, and I have a lump and a dent over my right eye.
