While I appreciated the quality of her massage, I was disappointed that no discount was offered for the disruptions. Because she did such a great job, I booked with her again--but this time, the experience was completely different. She didn't ask about my pressure preferences or problem areas, and I had to request deeper pressure multiple times. She seemed rushed, as if she just wanted to get through the session. Had I not experienced her skill before, I might have considered it an average massage, but knowing what she was capable of made it all the more frustrating. I won't be returning. Kelsey was kind enough to make time for me on a Sunday morning. Her office is in downtown Vancouver, WA. I live in NW Portland, and the stroll was easy with only a 13 min drive. Parking is free on the weekends, by the way. How nice is that, right? As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Kelsey. She offered me water or tea. I filled out the usual paper work.
