I have always heard positive things about Ed Le Cara, however it wasn't until I herniated a disk that I got to experience firsthand his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. I spent 4 months seeing a Doctor, Chiropractor and the staff at a local sport recovery center and was still experiencing pain in my lower back. I was doing stretches multiple times a day, I had removed all inflammatory floods from my diet and was still in constant pain. I decided to do a free consolation with Ed. He immediately recognized my injury. He blew me away with how simple the diagnosis and treatment was. I'm a CrossFit Coach; a couple of weeks ago I was doing some deep squats and something fired off in my lower back. I went to the Body Lounge for a hydration IV, as I was feeling a bit worn out due to heavy business travel. Dr Ed and Copper suggested that I sit in one of their Rejuvenation Pods, while receiving the IV. I'd seen these pods at the University Of Oregon because their athletes use them for recovery, so I was curious...WOW!!! I was only supposed to be in for 30 minutes, but I was so "Out of It" that they let me stay for well over an hour. When I woke, My anxious brain was relaxed and calm. The full body massage with Renata was beyond fantastic!!  Not only did I feel amazing during and after the massage, but the atmosphere was relaxing and her manner was incredibly soothing. Before Renata started she took the time to learn about my areas of concern, and when the massage was over she didn't stop there.
