I've been going to Dr. Jones for almost 4 months for neck, shoulder, and back pain. I have an occasional elbow or leg misalignment that he helps me out with as well. I use to go to see a chiropractor in Sugar Land, but it didn't help as much. I decided to give it another shot when I moved to Fort Worth. I was skeptical at first because I didn't feel much relief from my other chiropractor, but after seeing Dr. Jones, I felt the knots disappear and the felt pain relief the same day. What a huge difference it made for me! He placed me on a twice a week regimen, then once a week, then twice a week. Now I see him every 3 - 4 weeks to maintain my alignment so that I won't be in pain in the long-haul. He has also provided me with techniques to improve my posture and to stretch my neck on the job to prevent those knots from coming back so frequently. My husband just started seeing Dr. Jones as well. He has all sorts of back pain, knee pains, elbow, and hand pain. Dr. Jone's was able to provide him much relief. My husband was able to cut back on his anti-inflammatory medications quite a bit. He does take insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance is not the best so the office was able to work out an affordable package for me. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his team.

His hours have worked well for me, and I would think work probably work well for most folk. He has shown flexibility with scheduling too when I have needed it, and his scheduling time has been very reasonable, exceptional in fact, probably due to the longer hours he is in his office. Genesis Back & Neck pressured me into paying several thousand dollars upfront for a treatment plan that not only failed to help my condition--it made it worse. Despite arriving with an existing cervical spine MRI, I was urged to start an aggressive and expensive regimen immediately. I was assured the treatments were medically necessary and based on sound science. I was also told the CareCredit financing would remain interest-free--only to find out later that the 0% rate was temporary and would skyrocket to 29.99% after 18 months. This was never disclosed during their high-pressure sales pitch, of which I have an audio recording. Even more disturbing: after months of therapy, a follow-up MRI showed my condition had worsened substantially. I was in more pain than when I started. It became clear that my treatment plan ignored the very real imaging I provided at the outset. Since then, I've learned that many of the therapies used--including the much-hyped DRX9000--have been debunked or lack credible scientific support. A detailed NBC News investigation exposed the same types of tactics and unsupported claims being used across similar "pain clinics," and Genesis seems to follow the same playbook. I have visited Dr. Smith who noticed my back was still tight from two weeks (or 3) after the accident and immediately got me into a therapy program. In my case, I had been in severe pain for nearly four months. I couldn't lay flat on my back or sit and drive without pain anymore. I did my research and chose KC Chiropractors. The two main chiropractors here are black and so too was the vast majority of the clientele I observed. I thought it was pretty cool that the black community supports a black-owned/operated chiro office. Personally, I just wanted to for my back pain to go away. After completing my insurance forms, I was ushered into a massage room where the masseuse used his elbows, knees and fists to blast my back spasms into Bolivian. After about 30 minutes of being beaten up, I was led to the chiro's office where he did a few minor adjustments on me. I have to be honest. If I go to the chiropractor and don't hear any major cracks when I get an adjustment, I'm a little disappointed. So when the room remained silent, I was somewhat convinced that my entire trip had been for naught. But then I woke up in the morning feeling bruised but better. And the next day even better than the one before. After three days, I was completely pain-free. I discharged myself from her practice and my current provider has requested my records for about 2 weeks now. They've been told that they are understaffed but I know that's not true. They told my provider that I was only seen there once and that isn't true either. Someone called on the phone to request records and the person at the front desk placed them on hold to try to get help with the call. Dr. Auerbach snapped at her and told her that they're not going to just send records out immediately because someone asked for them. That it could take at least 3 weeks. I'm wondering, how can I continue in my current treatment with my new provider if they don't have access to my records? It's possible, but frustrating. Save yourself some time and energy. Choose a different doctor.
