I received a facial here a few days ago and I must say that I am very pleased with the results. My skin was going through a lot before I went in and the stress I've been harboring from frequent heavy makeup use and lack of sleep raised my cortisone levels to the roof! Additionally, my skin was even more stressed from recent allergy breakouts across my eye area and this too led to a few spots to appear all over my face. Long story short, my skin was a MESS. However, after visiting Rose, she definitely helped improve my skin's condition! The entire process of the facial was pretty relaxing, even though we chatted idly the entire time. The room was extremely clean and there was soft music playing in the background that provided a very calming aura to the environment. Rose started off with cleansing, steaming, massaging, and then extractions. She was very thorough with her treatment and the results are only a testament to this notion. Like I said, my skin has definitely improved immensely after this visit! Mind you, my skin is on the extremely sensitive side of the spectrum and often reacts to even hypoallergenic products! I will say that during the facial, some of the products did cause my skin to tingle which led to slight discomfort. However, it did not react severely the way it usually does--it was just a slight tingle. It was my fault for not informing Rose better on my part. Despite that, the facial itself was very relaxing and effective! After the session was finished, my skin felt SO soft! I absolutely loved the results. The next day, I even noticed that a few bumps that used to linger on my nose had completely disappeared. I would definitely recommend anyone to get a facial from Rose. As an esthetician, she is professional and very friendly! I think Rose takes her time to really take that extra mile for all her clients and I appreciate it.
