She made me feel extremely welcomed, and she was so kind and really made me feel heard about any concerns I did have (shape, size, etc.) I did come under the impression I would get my lips done the same day (my own fault) and I have an extremely busy schedule due to school. She made magic happen, and was able to fit me in the same day. Of course, lips are swollen after getting them done, and I was worried. She assured me everything will be fine, and I would most likely miss the swollen phase (she wasn't lying). Karina has boosted my confidence, and has made me feel like a new woman. I went in for an HRT consultation and when I called in I spoke to Shannon who is the owner here and she told me it would be a $50 consultation charge and that it's applied to my blood work. Well she never told me how much the blood work was and after seeing her and going to the front I was told it was $250. Hmmm...and the $50 is applied to the bloodwork. Well that was a surprise. Immediately they scheduled me an appointment to come back so I can get my results and they can tell me where I go from there. I asked because they were not forthcoming in telling me how much my next visit would be and I was told $175. So I said okay does this $175 apply to whatever HRT I will be taking and I was told yes it would apply to the first month. And if I don't need it does the $175 visit apply to anything? Who knows? I will see when I go to my next appointment. Based on that I will update my experience but so far it's all about money and what I can do for them not the other way around. I know way too many places that offer HRT that I can go to, I chose this one because it was down the street from me. Again...once I get to my next appointment I will update my review if it happens to be a pleasant experience.

I have been a client of rose for little over a year, I travel from San Diego to rose at least once a month for a microdermabrasion or chemical peels. My sister who also goes to rose Introduced me to her and absolutely love rose, she is all about customer service making sure my skin gets great care, she is a professional but very personable and you can tell she is very passionate about her work just by her care and work she puts in and that is why I don't mind the drive because I know her work is great. read more

my wife and I go to Rose. My wife made me come in for a back wax and was scared of the thought of waxing but surprisingly was not bad at all and what I liked was how rose talks through the waxing part which helps forget the slight pain of hair removing. Which is wayyy better than where I used to go and it would hurt like hell. She makes her own wax by blending 2 different kinds together. It's truly unique. I've never seen wax like that before and it does wonders for my sensitive skin. She's also very sanitary--she uses a new stick each time to get the wax and her room is clean. Getting a Brazilian wax is not the most comfortable thing in the world, but Dawn makes it more comfortable. She's so friendly and nice and I always enjoy talking to her! I have been struggling with acne since I was 15 I am 21 now and have seen countless amounts of dermatologists and have gone through several antibiotics, harsh topical creams and cleansers recommended and prescribed by them.
