Sometimes I'm on my feet, bearing weight on either of my legs, straining my hips and lower back, or hunching over when I'm sitting at a computer for hours at a time. What's important to me when getting a massage is good technique, communication, and diligence. Rose has made a good impression on me since the beginning. She listened to my issues, applied the right techniques and pressure on my problem areas, manages her time very well, and provides me constructive feedback on my body and ways to prevent further injury.
