She asks at the start of each session about the problem areas. Once started, she is very intuitive about what needs attention and spends time there. She will vary the pressure if asked (she takes time to verbally check). But, frankly, she is so in tune with the depth I need, I almost always say, "already perfect." I leave feeling more relaxed and less tense. Her efforts are not just "feel good" in the moment... the positive healing results are lasting. In that time I have torn my Achilles tendon, had shoulder surgery and most recently sprained my ankle. Amanda's skilled techniques and sound advice have aided in and sped up my recovery times. There have actually been times when I have not been dealing with an injury in the past 4 years - during these times it is nice to just come in for a relaxation or sports massage.
