Very pleasant experience even for someone who knows little about cars.

I've been going to Grand Premier tires for decades, and I am pleasantly surprised that they've…read moregotten so popular that I was not able to get my tires from them this year. People arrive hours before they open and sit in a car and wait to be one of the first ones in. There are no scheduled appointments, and it's first come first served, with the busiest seasons being in the spring and fall, as individuals swap their tires between summer and winter. What makes them special is the selection of tires, pricing, and the quality of work. They set the proper torque on the lug nuts, allowing for an emergency, roadside, tire replacement, and they inflate tires to the correct pressure. It's sad that most shops can't do the two above things. The other thing to keep in mind is that Grand Premier doesn't do alignments, but they do have a place nearby that they recommend.

Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure. I just assumed a wheel shop would have a way of assessing a bent wheel without having to drive the car. Otherwise an excellent experience and honest work!
