Inside is absolutely stunning. The website does not do this place justice. I could see the pedicure seating to the right of the front desk, and not only did the chairs look comfy, it looked bougie and classy. I was taken to a small but cozy room in the left hallway for my facial. I opted for the 60 minute signature facial and man, did those 60 minutes go by so fast. I should have gone for the 90 minutes! So relaxing! One thing I noticed is how accessible this place was. The door could be a bit tricky, but navigating the spa (with a little help opening the doors to access the hallways) and the bathrooms are pretty handicap accessible; I'd feel comfortable bringing my family member who has trouble walking and getting around here. My one piece of advice is to include a reserved parking spot outside the front door for folks that have a handicap parking permit. No other notes! She then begins to tell me that in order to rebook my appointment I would need to put a card on file. I informed her I never put a card on file to book an appointment before, but she kept repeating herself AND I kept repeating myself. She begins to tell me to calm down... "BUT YOU'RE ASKING ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND NOT TELLING ME THE REASON" why. Her communication in explaining details is AWFUL and so was her attitude. After I keep asking why she needed my card information, she "THEN" tells me, it's because I WAS A "NO SHOW" to an appointment, but I didn't book on the 15th, but the 22nd and I would be charged $65 for a missed appointment. THEN I SAY.... That's why you wanted my card information. She wanted my card information WITHOUT initially and properly explaining why.. WHICH IS A BIG SCAM.. Inform people as to why you're asking for a credit card and EXPLAIN the charge... I refused, because I didn't book for today and on my schedule, it was booked for the 22nd. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to any of my colleagues, staff, animals or anyone else I know... GRACE was AWFUL in communicating and has the worse customer service I have experienced! Grace was rude, incoherent and WOULD not properly explain why she needed my credit card information! When I asked to speak to a manager, that was denied. So, I will write a very detailed and lengthy GOOGLE review! I will now go and give a full Google review of the customer service displayed from your employee GRACE.. The massage was great and I was able to relax and finally think about nothing for once. However, I did not experience any "dry brushing" - only hot stones and my therapist's hands. As far as a the facial massage goes, really only my forehead and temples were rubbed. I'm not sure what part of the face is included, but I assumed my entire face. I would also say that the receptionist downstairs and the receptionist upstairs weren't very warm. The one upstairs seemed annoyed by me even though I didn't raise any complaints with my service. They both weren't very friendly. I was given the remainder of my aromatherapy and a bottle of water when leaving - which I thought was a nice touch.
