I literally felt like the hulk , as it was too tight on my shoulders and the robe would not close. If you are in a clothing size larger than a 1x (I wear 2-3x) I ****highly **** recommend wearing something that you can easily slip in and out of, as I had to get re-dressed to enjoy my tea and foot soak, and then get undressed again for my massage. Needless to say, I felt like I was getting a workout in - lol. The tea was provided in a beautiful way and I had many options. The massage was great and I was able to relax and finally think about nothing for once. However, I did not experience any "dry brushing" - only hot stones and my therapist's hands. As far as a the facial massage goes, really only my forehead and temples were rubbed. I'm not sure what part of the face is included, but I assumed my entire face. I would also say that the receptionist downstairs and the receptionist upstairs weren't very warm. The one upstairs seemed annoyed by me even though I didn't raise any complaints with my service. They both weren't very friendly. I was given the remainder of my aromatherapy and a bottle of water when leaving - which I thought was a nice touch. I wouldn't mind going back but I'm not sure if I'm in a rush to.

After I keep asking why she needed my card information, she "THEN" tells me, it's because I WAS A "NO SHOW" to an appointment, but I didn't book on the 15th, but the 22nd and I would be charged $65 for a missed appointment. THEN I SAY.... That's why you wanted my card information. She wanted my card information WITHOUT initially and properly explaining why.. WHICH IS A BIG SCAM.. Inform people as to why you're asking for a credit card and EXPLAIN the charge... I refused, because I didn't book for today and on my schedule, it was booked for the 22nd. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to any of my colleagues, staff, animals or anyone else I know... GRACE was AWFUL in communicating and has the worse customer service I have experienced! They did not respond via email until Sept 28th. I was told they had limited times and days. So after conversing back and forth via email she provided a date and in which I responded would work. On the same day I confirmed with her and she never responded back. I sent an email confirming the appointment was still taking place on the morning of my appointment. In an abundance of caution I went up there the day of my appointment just in case and no one was there. I'm assuming because they have already been paid for the service that they feel they don't need to be professional which is really unfortunate. So beware if you buy a gift certificate for someone for this business.
