They offered me a different therapist, but I was informed that this therapist had another appointment scheduled, meaning my session would be cut short. Because of this, I declined the massage and requested a refund. Both the massage therapist and the front desk staff agreed that I would be refunded, so I left without receiving any service. After waiting two weeks with no refund, I called to follow up and was told they would not issue one. In the end, I was charged despite receiving no service at all. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Regardless of policy, does not give the staff entitlement to be rude... we will never book here again. Don't expect them to be compassionate to any military situation or unexpected life events. Rescheduling is the same as canceling in their eyes. Do yourself a favor and find some where else. Would give 0 stars if I could.
