Scheduling my appointment was easily done online. Kaita is so pleasant and efficient, and the atmosphere was so relaxing, the time absolutely flew by. I chose to do cupping too, which I've never tried before. I found it interesting that cupping happens concurrently to the massage, to enhance the massage and provide deep-tissue massage to wherever the cups are placed. Kaita listened to where my problem areas were, and focused on addressing those issues. I was so scared of the pain due to the severity of my surgery and how much fluid I had accumulated and the pain I was in but she was so gentle and knowledgeable she has more than 10 years of experience! She greeted me at the door and was softly spoken and so sweet I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. She had me fill out a medical form and then she had me disrobe and told me exactly how to sit for the first half of the massage then how to lay for the second half and all I can say is WOW I never thought a massage the day after surgery would be anything but pure pain and agony but it was so gentle and even the painful parts were fine because she talked me through the entire experience while playing soothing music. I scheduled her for the next two days before I have to fly back home I wish I could take her back with me because she definitely set the bar high for the next person to ever massage me.
