Leah is not only well versed in the primary series, she's no non sense, badass yogini who counts way too slow, but hey, it's to burn away my samskara, right? I have a love hate relationship with her, especially when she forgets to turn on the AC. If you are masochistic like me, go take Leah's Ashtanga class. It's small and intimate, so there's no hiding in the "back of the class". Seriously, it's a difficult class but things that come via difficulty are the most gratifying. And as they say here, no mud, no lotus! Oh I failed to mention logistics, register for class online for $12 a class (make sure you do it at least 30 minutes prior to the start time) or pay $15 at the door. Punch cards are available from the wonderful and sweet owner, Jessica (who I've heard gives a great massage). The merch is also pretty darn cute.
