However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. The girls make you feel so at home. 20 years ago, a stylist in downtown NYC blade-cut my hair and it never looked that good again. I've asked for it before and I guess it's either a dated or awkward way to cut hair. Nicole understood and gave me that messy texture I've been looking for. I'm a mess and like my hair to match that mess. LOL. She nailed it. Point being, she listened and gave me what I wanted! Not Just a Haircut! This was a fantastic experience.
