I been to few places before and what India was making out to avoid the refund was absolutely ridiculous, she made up some stupid invoice and emailed me , trying to justify shes done a favour otherwise she would have charged £80 in totall , for consultation and tiny patch test ! I was rail-roaded into signing on the dotted line at my very first vsit and when I contacted them a week later to say I was not happy they refused a refund of my deposit and still tried tocoerce me into having surgery. They apparently pride themselves on being an ethical organisation - this couldn't be any further from the truth - Sharks would be better suited to describe them!!!
