I had not been in about a year but gave it another try. I was not offered a menu of services and asked for a basic mani/pedi, usually the first option on a menu. When I went to pay, the charge for that service was more than I anticipated and I pleasantly asked for clarification. A menu was then produced which showed an "express" service priced below a basic. When I explained (not complained) that was not made clear, he replied that it was "very clear". What is clear is that nothing has changed and I won't be returning.
