High on the list of exhilarating moments, however, is after working out for the last 10 months with Johnny Ryder, noticing real improvement in strength and fitness. Never offered any info on gym. Never offered a tour. Made sure she mentioned that the application fee was $10. Pretty under coming and not really interested in me joining. Very unwelcoming. What I saw of the gym through the back way in was not too impressive. Basic weight rooms. If there is more I wasn't offered a look. Thanked her and left. Too bad.

They give discounted memberships for a variety of people including first responders and health care workers. They have month to month and contracts. Singles day is $10 if alone. If you come with a member, it's $5 per day.
