The project manager was rarely present at the job site and typically only appeared after we called or texted to request his presence. The project also took significantly longer than the timeline we were originally given, with little proactive communication regarding delays or revised completion dates. This created unnecessary frustration and uncertainty throughout the construction process. We experienced numerous workmanship issues as well. The plaster was not completed properly, resulting in concerns about the overall quality and finish of the pool. Even more concerning, the tile work and grout are already showing signs of failure after only two months. These problems should not be occurring so soon after completion and raise serious concerns about the quality of the work performed. The subcontractors hired for the project also appeared to do only the bare minimum required, with little attention to detail or pride in workmanship. The quality of the finished product does not reflect the level of investment we made and represented by the designer. Looking back, choosing this company was a mistake. We met with three other pool builders during the selection process, and we now regret not moving forward with one of those companies instead. We placed our trust in this company to deliver a quality product and a professional experience, but unfortunately, they failed to meet reasonable expectations in both areas. Overall, we expected professional project management, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication. Instead, we experienced delays, lack of oversight, questionable workmanship, and ongoing issues that should never occur in a newly completed pool. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Let me preface by saying I never write bad reviews. But for safety reasons I had to write this one,…read moreand if you don't have time to read it all let me just start by saying please just go literally anywhere else for your child's safety. So first of all, there are 4 larger water slides. And probably 3 or so smaller ones. They have a total of 2 lifeguards on watch. One lifeguard sits at a chair "watching over" the smaller, right side of the park. And the other one switching between the top of the larger water slides every so often depending on which is busier. There are multiple lifeguards but only 2 out on the park floor at a time, all very young teenagers. Not a single adult working there. I think that is a huge problem in itself but let me go on. I watched my 4 yr old like a hawk the whole time we were there because the lifeguards obviously weren't paying attention, lots of older kids running around, etc. I watch my son go down the larger slide. I'm waiting at the bottom for him for 5 minutes. Still hasn't came out. I go to the top to look down the slide where there should've been a lifeguard but no one to be found. I go to the lifeguard sitting in the chair at the front and tell him that my 4 yr old went down and has not came out yet and I think he's stuck in the slide. He ARGUES WITH ME and says "no I've been watching and there's no one in the slide" UMMMM WHAT?!! Obviously realizing they could care less about my child or any children there, and I don't have time to argue because I'm worried about my 4 yr old, I rush back to the top of the slide and go down it and what do u know, my son was stuck in the middle of the pitch black loop of the slide, terrified and crying. This is totally unacceptable, I don't even have words. Hopefully that's enough to let you know this is not the place to go but if not, let me move on to my next complaint. There was a group of older kids constantly trying to climb up the larger water slides in the back that no one can see unless you walk back there. Which in the 3 hours I was there not one lifeguard walked back there or even glanced to check on anything. The first time I notified the lifeguard about the kids going up the slide, she went back there and told them that's not allowed. Then they kept doing it and multiple other parents complained as well. The second time I complained that they were still doing it and almost seriously injured my 4 yr old, the lifeguard said "oh I know I already told them to stop". Ummmm okay??? So you're just going to keep letting them do it putting all the other kids at danger?? At MINIMUM their parent should've been notified but in my opinion they should've been asked to leave after the 3rd complaint/telling them to stop. Honestly I could go on and on but I don't have all day. I truly just hope they increase the amount of lifeguards and hire experienced lifeguards that actually care about children's safety and at minimum have one adult employee on-site.

We had a great time walking next to the Guadalupe River which loops around for miles. Shady areas under the canopy of the trees and lots of picnic areas inside the park. Fishing seems very popular at the park, and you can see the trout swimming around. We walked for 8 miles on Easter Sunday, and the walking paths never seemed crowded. We shared the paths with other walkers, joggers ,runners, and bikes on the path too.

White Water Bay is totally a life saver from the Forever Summer Texas heat as it's a decent sized…read morewater park that's right inside Six Flags Fiesta Texas the best part about it is that you can get into it for free with your season pass or payed park admission! On the day I visited it was 103 outside by mid day I couldn't take the heat anymore and came here to cool off and get my hair wet I must say it was a totally refreshing way to escape the heat of the day! They have a good number of waterslides here as well as having all of them be completely different from the next one definitely the highlight of the slides has to be Thunder Rapids Water Coaster as it's the first of its kind in North America and wow is it fun I've never ridden a slide like this before and I found it to be super fun as well as Wet and totally unique to anything I've ever experienced before as the technology that created this is totally rad and a great way to knock out those huge stair cases! The ground here can get super hot I mean super hot and that's coming from me someone who's always barefoot at waterparks so make sure you bring some sandals or something to keep your feet cool from the burning cement or just try to walk in the shade and water spots to keep them from burning! As anyone who visits waterparks will tell you coming to one can be a great workout as well as a rewarding time as your climbing lots of staircases and getting some swim action in if you choose to do that wile your inside their huge State Of Texas shaped wave pool. The waterpark opened a bit later than the park but it was all good as it was super hot by then and this was much needed the best part about this is that Gold Pass members can get into the Water Park 10 min early so that will definitely save you a bit of time and get you on a few more slides! Overall I really enjoyed my time here at the waterpark as all the slides were fun and I thought it was cool that their wave pool had its unique Texas shape to it as it made for some fun waves and splashes! Stay cool Wet and amazing good people of the Yelp Community in the Forever Summer sunshine!

Food is WAY overpriced, not just standard amusement park overpriced. Chicken strips are $20, no…read moresides or drink included. There are tons of gnats. People leave their stuff all over the tables and then disappear, so you can't sit down anywhere to eat. There is no shade anywhere over water, so you can't wade unless you are directly in the Texas Sun. If you want shade, you have to pay for it by buying lounge chairs or a cabana. The kids waited in line for about 25 minutes for the ride to breakdown; when this happens, they do not accommodate them by fast passing them later or anything like that, they are basically just told tough luck, try again later. A locker big enough to fit a backpack will run you $17.
