The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I showed a photo to Dan and Roger when I arrived and asked if their jack hammer would do the job. They both assured me that it would then I asked for suggestions and pointers since I had never used a jack hammer before. They were both super helpful which translated to an easier job onsite (it was 1.5 hours of "hard labor", but I was expecting that!) Went online and scheduled a time today for a 4pm pickup this Sat…read more and didn't receive a confirmation that a driver was assigned so I kept checking back online, still nothing, so I called the office at 3, no one answered, left a message, and no one called back. Then 4pm rolled around, nothing. Called again, got someone this time who said no drivers were available, which is totally fine, definitely short notice, but communication is key. Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star. Had a guy scheduled to pick up my couch at 3 pm, it's an hour later and I called the business it was to be picked up at and no one has showed yet. No answer from hired hitch, and no call back.

Rented a stump grinder and I inspected the teeth, prior to using the machine and noticed 2 chips on…read morethe teeth. Noticed also 1 other tooth was shaved on the side of it, but didn't think that would even be an issue. I took pictures of the chipped teeth prior as well. when I returned the machine the associates tried to make me pay additional money for the damage that was already there. I insisted that I notice these marks prior to using the machine and I had pictures of only the chips and not the slice of one on the side. The slice of the one tooth was the issue, but I didn't take a picture of that . The women associate had a smug attitude threw out the whole ordeal. The other male associate took care of the issue with no problem. My main concern was how the women acted, and wasn't pleased by it.
